  • How does the delivery work?
    When will I receive my socks? We always send the first order up to 5 working days after you have made your order. What if no one is at home on the delivery date? In case the socks arrive and no one is at home, we are happy to let you know that our package is small enough to fit through most standard letterboxes and no signature is required.
  • Can the socks be delivered out of the UK?
    At the moment our socks are only available in the UK, however, we are working hard to be able to ship internationally.
  • I’ve received a faulty pair of socks. Can they be replaced?
    Our socks quality is carefully checked before shipping. In the rare event that you notice a faulty issue with your socks, please contact us within 24h of receiving them.
  • How can I return an item?
    If you wish to return the product, you have up to 21 days from dispatch to do so. When returning or exchanging your product, you must cover shipping charges. Please note all products have to be unused with labels, packaging and bags unopened. Please use our "Contact us" section to provide you with an address to return the product before we can process your refund
