RETURNS POLICY
At Zeklop, we have dedicated many hours to make sure you are happy with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 21 days from shipping to return your item;
If the product is faulty, you have up to a 45 day period post-purchase to inform Zeklop and request for an exchange or a refund.
IMPORTANT: For any return, goods have to be returned "as-new", which means, they have to be unused, unworn, unwashed, as well as unopened with the packaging seal unbroken.
When returning or exchanging any product, you must cover the shipping charges. Please note that original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. In the case of exchanging a product, please proceed by placing a new order and when we receive the original order, we will refund you accordingly. From Zeklop, we do not take any responsibility for any item or items lost while returning a product.
